CASEWORKING TIPS - 1) Before entering your Level, read the name, age and location of the Case Subject. Then enter your Level, mentally say the Case Subject's name, age and location, imagine the person on your mental screen and work the case. Correct the problems you detect, then imagine the person in perfect health. After working the case, come out of your Level and check your accuracy. 2) To increase your accuracy, when you work these cases, set your laboratory calendar to one day before the case was submitted to help improve your accuracy.

This article reviews 61 studies of distant healing, which is healing that is deliberately sent by one person producing alpha brain waves (healer) as an intent to someone who is not in the healers' presence or may be far away. Distance, even thousands of miles, does not appear to limit the effects of healing. Significant effects of distant healing are demonstrated through randomized controlled trials in humans, animals, plants, bacteria, yeasts, cells in the laboratory, and DNA. Fascinating new insights about energy medicine and integrative care are suggested by these studies. While distant healing appears to contradict our ordinary sense of reality and the laws defined by Newtonian science, there are several theoretical paradigms that suggest explanations for healing.

This is common. It takes time and commitment to develop a new habit/routine. That's why Mr. Silva offered a free repeat privilege to attend another live course. Through the years, some instructors started to charge a fee for graduates to attend the live course again to offset hotel costs. Here are some suggestions;
1) Attend a live in-person or live online course and pay any repeat fee. The instructor may want to see a copy of your course completion certificate or course completion card. A list of instructors and their locations is posted on the Silva International website.
2) Purchase the Correspondence Course which would be a review of the entire Basic Lecture Series course that you can listen to/watch at home or wherever you are whenever you have time.
3) Actively listen to/practice The Silva Centering Exercise twenty times which would be approximately 10 hours of conditioning - the conditioning time in the Basic Lecture Series. This is the total time Mr. Silva discovered that the average person needs to be able to function at the Alpha level with conscious awareness. Then enter your Level on your own using the Daily Practice Routine outlined below and mentally repeat or visualize the wording of a technique. The wording of each technique is in the course manual.
Enter your (Alpha) Level using the 3-1 Method every morning, or afternoon, or evening.(Close your eyes, take a deep breath and while exhaling, mentally repeat and visualize the number 3, three times. Take another deep breath and while exhaling, mentally repeat and visualize the number 2, three times. Take another deep breath and while exhaling, mentally repeat and visualize the number 1, three times).
Then do a 25-1 countdown, or a 30-1 countdown, or a 50-1 countdown, or a 75-1 countdown, or 100-1 countdown to relax. Use whatever countdown you want.
Then mentally relax your body from head to toes. (You may want to make believe it’s melting slowly part by part). Take as much time as you want doing this.
Then project yourself mentally to your ideal place of relaxation and enjoy being there for as long as you want. (Enjoy what you're visualizing. Include how it makes you feel being there. Include any sounds and smells).
Then mentally say some or all of the Beneficial Statements in the Student Manual or the eCourse Supplement Guide.
Then you may want to use some other techniques in the course like the Mirror of the Mind to program for something you want to happen, or work a Health Case.
Then come out of your Level using the 1-5 Method. (1,2 3, at the count of 5, I will open my eyes, be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health, feeling better than before, feeling the way I feel when I have slept the right amount of revitalizing, refreshing, relaxing, healthy sleep. 4, 5).
*Staying at your Level for 15 minutes gives you the health benefits. You can stay at your Level for as long as you like; 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes, 12 minutes, whatever. Staying at your Level for more than 15 minutes will not give you extra health benefits. If you want extra health benefits, go to your Level twice a day for 15 minutes, or three times a day for 15 minutes. Going to your Level more than three times a day will not give you extra health benefits either.
By meditating every day, you turn more of your subconscious into an inner conscious that you can tap to help you get what you want.
