Course Schedule

As stated on the Home page, the class format is eight 2-hour live online sessions held the same day and time every week for eight consecutive weeks. A few days before each live online session, a module/recording that explains what each live online session will cover is sent via email. The first module/recording is sent as soon as you register for the course.

Click the "Course Schedule" box below to see when classes are scheduled. Then click on the class to see the dates and the times of the class. You can then register for the class with any major credit card.

If you should miss a live online session, there is a $15.00 donation fee to receive the recordings of the conditioning exercises missed for that session or you can attend the session(s) you missed in a future class for just the $5.00 Graduate Repeat administration fee.
